I came going on once this for my wifes corporate potluck lunch. She wanted Chicken Parmesan, but it was too future to feed 20 people the gratifying way. Figured a casserole would accomplish just as well. It did!

  6. 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  7. 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  8. 1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
